Homeschool ninjas aren’t married to a particular curriculum.
That curriculum that’s causing tears and angst in your home? You can change it.
The curriculum that you stocked up on for years to come before finding out you hated it? You can change that too.
The curriculum that doesn’t seem to mesh well with your second or third child in the same way that it did with your first? You can let it go.
I know. You spent your hard-earned, well-budgeting homeschool money on that curriculum. And I’ll be the first person to tell you that I agree. That sucks. But I’ll also remind you of the plethora of homeschool resale sites on Facebook where you can not only resell your curriculum and buy another one at a discounted price. Online searches will turn up tons of free resources to bide time if you need to save up for what you really want, too. Don’t be afraid to get creative!
Your child’s education, your home’s peacefulness, and your relationship with your child are far too important to force a curriculum that just doesn’t work for you. You. Can. Change. Curriculums.
